Overview

Ellen Fu is a doctoral candidate in Applied Economics at the Wharton School with research interests in housing and urban economics. Her current research focuses on understanding how changes in property taxes affect individuals, housing markets, and gentrification. Prior to the PhD, she was a senior research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Ellen graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a B.S. in Economics.
