All students are required to uphold the Code of Academic Integrity. MBAs must also uphold the MBA Code of Ethics. Any suspected violation of these policies will be submitted to either the Center for Community Standards and Accountability or the Wharton Graduate Division Ethics Committee for review. A determination that any of these policies have been violated, whether made by these committees or by the professor of the relevant class, results in failing any assignment involved with the violation. At the sole discretion of the professor, a violation may have further consequences up to and including failure of the course. Additionally, the Center for Community Standards and Accountability and the Wharton Graduate Division Ethics Committee have authority to enforce sanctions beyond this class according to their own policies.
